Want to avoid the freshman 15? Want to live a longer life? Then stop standing in front of the elevators when you can follow the bright red EXIT signs to the nearest stairwell to walk the two floors to your next class. Therefore leaving the elevators free for those with carts and others who actually need it.

Note: This post was brought on by an overheard conversation where a few girls did not even know where the stairs were when they couldn’t use the elevator because I was making a delivery to the basement. It’s been almost two weeks already; you should at least know where the stairs are.
