The second promo from Issues the Series. Can’t wait till the real episodes go online. Go check it out.
Here’s the first promo for Issues the Series, a new web series that is starting soon. Check it out.
The new Streetlight Manifesto album comes out November 13th. And I will be seeing them play 4 days earlier. Hallelujah! And I noticed the first official music video from Streetlight Manifesto on their website. You can check it out here. It’s pretty cool.
Today I have a new commercial for you. This one comes from Toyota and puts the Tacoma in the game World of Warcraft (WoW). Check it out. Who says there aren’t trucks in World of Warcraft? “Did you see me lay down the law? I am the law-giver!”
The last bit makes it clear it is a Toyota commercial, if you couldn’t tell. Very cool use of advertising.
A blast from the past.
Streetlight Manifesto is on tour again this summer. I missed the opportunity to see them, but hopefully they will tour again after their new album comes out. It should be out soon (no word on an actual date, but they have been saying that it’s finished and being mastered now) and they have been playing some of their new songs. It would make sense for them to do a summer ska tour before the new release, so their hardcore fans remember they exist and can drum up some press for the album. So here are a few videos of their new stuff.

And possibly another piece of new music:
The most recent Simpsons episode had one of the best couch intros I have ever seen. It definitely reminded me of Spore, the game I am eagerly anticipating that lets you evolve your creatures (from the creator of The Sims and Sim City). I was looking for the intro and just found it courtesy of CollegeHumor.
This is a followup to the Geico caveman airport commercial. In it the caveman is on the phone with someone about the offending ad. It appears that it was supposed to be taken down but is still there.
